An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. He baji will notify you by the contact details on file before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from dormant account balances after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
